CVOX created and presented the concept of RokkMiami to generate goodwill for the Rokk3r Labs brand through the creation of meaningful and engaging event with the objective of bringing and connecting the local community to create synergy in the development of a startup and tech community.
From the planning stage to the execution, CVOX managed the project every step of the way, engaging brand ambassadors like Brad Feld, Nancy Dahlberg from the Miami Herald, among others, that helped promote the event through different channels, including their social media channels using the hashtag #RokkMiami.
The event had two main components: a private event (by invitation only) and a public event. The private event was designed as a working session for the startup and tech community including investors, entrepreneurs, local media, Government and education representatives that came together to build a roadmap for the community in Miami. After the first event was over, it was followed by a public event, in a different setting in which Brad Feld spoke and had a book signing.
