  YellowPepper

Serge Elkiner is President and founder of YellowPepper. Prior to spearheading the company in 2004, Mr. Elkiner was Vice President of Business Development at HelloTech Technologies, an Israeli firm providing remote monitoring and mobile payment solutions for vending machines worldwide. Elkiner designed and implemented the company’s mobile offering and played an integral role in the  launch of a  pilot mobile system along with Aramark and Ed Dooley Vending.

In Latin America Mr. Elkiner identified an enormous business potential to use pervasive mobile technology to empower consumers and developed YellowPepper Mobile Solutions and engineered partnerships with the top financial institutions in Latin America. These relationships have created opportunities with mobile operators and retail organizations, allowing better access to mobile financial services throughout Latin America.

A frequent world traveler, Elkiner has capitalized on these cultural experiences throughout his career. Born and raised in Brussels, the politically-active Elkiner was, at the ripe age of 16, selected as leader of one of Belgium’s largest youth movements. Elkiner earned his B.S. in Accounting from Boston University.
